1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using our website (https://test.mahasarav.com), the MahaSarav mobile application, or any associated digital services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using our Platform.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To access certain features, including attempting mock tests, tracking statewide leaderboards, and purchasing test series, you must create a registered account:

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (including your full name, active mobile number, and valid email address).
• OTP Verification: Account access is tied to your registered 10-digit mobile number via One-Time Password (OTP) verification.
• Account Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and restricting unauthorized access to your devices.
• Single-User License: Each registration is strictly for a single individual student. Account sharing, credential reselling, or concurrent multi-device logins are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent account termination without refund.

3. Limited License & Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform—including but not limited to test questions, answer options, detailed Marathi explanations, scoring algorithms, test series curricula, PDF study notes, graphics, user interface designs, and logos—is the exclusive intellectual property of MahaSarav (महासराव), protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and relevant international intellectual property treaties.

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to access and take tests for personal, non-commercial exam preparation.
• Strict Prohibition on Piracy: You may NOT copy, reproduce, download, distribute, republish, scrape (via automated crawlers/bots), reverse engineer, screen record, sell, or publicly share test questions, solutions, or PDF notes on Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, websites, or any other medium without prior written consent.

4. Paid Test Series & Digital Purchases

Certain mock tests, full-length test series, and premium study materials require payment of fees:

• Pricing & Taxes: Prices are clearly displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the respective test series page. We reserve the right to revise pricing or introduce promotional discounts at any time without prior notice.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Reserve Bank of India (RBI) authorized and PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Cashfree Payments, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards). MahaSarav does not store sensitive card data, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
• Instant Activation: Upon successful transaction confirmation, access to the purchased test series is activated immediately in your account.

5. Validity, Retake Policy & Content Updates

• Access Duration: Purchased test series remain accessible for the validity period specified at the time of purchase (typically 6 to 12 months or until the official examination cycle concludes).
• Retakes: The number of attempts allowed per test is determined by the specific test series configuration (e.g., single attempt for real-time statewide rank calculation, with unlimited review of solutions and analytics).
• Syllabus Revisions: We reserve the right to update, add, or refine questions and syllabus components to match changes announced in official government exam notifications.

6. User Conduct & Fair Play Rules

You agree to use our Platform ethically and strictly for lawful academic study. You shall not:

• Use automated scripts, extensions, or software to extract questions, scrape solutions, or manipulate test timers.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or unfair means to game the statewide leaderboard ranking.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security or authentication measures of our servers and APIs.
• Post abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content in community forums, test feedback forms, or support queries.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform, test series, and study materials are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. While our team of subject matter experts makes every effort to ensure questions and solutions reflect the latest exam syllabus and verified facts:

• We do not guarantee that attempting our mock tests will guarantee selection, employment, or any specific score in any government examination.
• We do not warrant that our Platform will operate completely error-free or uninterrupted during local internet disruptions or third-party server downtime.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, MahaSarav, its operators, employees, and associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. In any event, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the specific test series in dispute.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, disable, or permanently terminate your account without notice or liability if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in piracy or unauthorized distribution of study content, or attempt to compromise Platform security. Terminated accounts due to terms violations will not be entitled to any refund.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Buldhana, Maharashtra, India.
