1. Electronic Delivery & Instant Access
Because all our educational offerings are completely digital:
- Instant Delivery: Upon successful completion of your online payment through our secure payment gateway (Cashfree Payments / UPI / Cards / Net Banking), your purchased test series or course is unlocked instantly (within 0–60 seconds).
- Access Location: You can immediately access your purchased test series by logging into your account on our website (test.mahasarav.com) or via the MahaSarav Mobile App under the "माझ्या टेस्ट सिरीज (My Test Series)" tab.
2. No Physical Shipping
- Zero Physical Packages: MahaSarav does not ship any physical packages, printed test papers, or tangible paper books via postal or courier services.
- Zero Shipping Fees: There are absolutely no shipping fees, delivery charges, packaging costs, or courier handling surcharges. The price displayed on the checkout screen is all-inclusive.
3. Proof of Delivery
Electronic proof of delivery includes:
- Immediate real-time unlocking of the test series in your user dashboard.
- An automated on-screen purchase confirmation and digital receipt displaying your Order ID and transaction timestamp.
- A digital transaction confirmation sent to your registered email address and/or mobile number.
4. Delivery Issues & Assistance
In rare instances where network delays between your bank and the payment gateway delay instant unlocking:
- Wait 2–3 minutes and refresh your dashboard or relaunch the MahaSarav mobile application.
- Ensure you are logged in with the exact same mobile number used during payment checkout.
- If access is still not unlocked after 10 minutes, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your registered mobile number and payment screenshot.
